Frequently asked questions

What is external video?

By external video, we mean videos that are recorded somewhere else but that you want to upload in NeetoRecord.

The Pro plan allows each person to upload 200 GB of external video. This limit does not reset every month but is cumulative of all external videos uploaded by each person.

If you exceed this limit, you can buy 10 GB of extra storage for each $1. However, you can only buy extra storage in multiples of $1. So you can buy extra storage for $1, $2, $3, etc. You can't buy extra storage by paying $1.30.

How many videos can be recorded per month?

In the FREE plan every month a user is allowed to record 200 videos. If you reach the limit then you have three choices.
1) You can upgrade
2) You can wait until the 1st of the next month. On the 1st of the next month each user is allowed to record 200 videos for that month.
3) You can delete some videos so that the number of videos for that month is less than 200.

NeetoRecord allows you to have any number of team members. This limit of 200 is at the user level. If one person has reached the limit then that would not impact the ability of the other people in the team to continue recording videos.

Is there an on-premise version of any of the Neeto products?

We do not offer any on-premise version of any of the Neeto products at this time.

What's your refund policy?

All Neeto products have a FREE plan to try the product out. When you upgrade your plan, you already know what the product does and what it doesn't do. Our official refund policy is that we don't refund. Having said that, if you have an exceptional case, please reach out to us, and we will look into your case.
